We were passing through Tennessee on our way to Arkansas and stopped for the night at this Koa. It was within a couple of miles from I75 and there were gas stations close by also.
We had a pull-through full hook up site which included cable. Upon arrival, the staff checked us in quickly and were extremely friendly. They called for an escort and away we went. The site was a long and narrow site which was fairly level. The wifi was spotty.
The grounds were clean and well kept. The laundry room and bathhouse were clean. We needed propane and they had propane for sale so we had asked the office if we could get some. They called the guy and he was there right away. As he was preparing to fill the tank, I mentioned to him that we were going to be workamping and I might have to fill propane one day too. Once he heard this he looked at me and asked if I would like to learn how it’s done. Of course, I took him up on it and I’m now ready to fill tanks!!!… Yeah right…lol. I thought that was so awesome of him.
They have a halfway decently stocked office, pool, covered pavilion, playground, laundry room and they fill propane tanks.
I have seen reviews of people saying the roads were hard to navigate. We are a pretty long combo, about 50′, truck and RV and had no problem getting around.
Bottom line: We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.
